This mix of people some wealth and status with the poor and down-trodden, makes it the hotspot of mercenary groups. Many groups, or crews as they are called, own bars and clubs in this district. The poor come here looking for work, to make their name as a top merc. The rich and better off come here looking for crews to handle side business on their behalf. It is one of the only districts where you can see the rich and the poor in the same area.
