Onsite treatment commences if the area is deemed safe, with charges incurred solely for items, treatments, and ammunition utilized. Rest assured, if the arrival exceeds the promised time or, in unfortunate circumstances, results in a demise, charges won't be levied. In the event of fatality, HEMT will promptly inform the LCPD and the next of kin regarding the body's location.
Gold Guardian Package - $5,000 per month
Upgrade to our Gold Guardian Package for an enhanced layer of protection. Boasting the same vital sign monitoring, the package incorporates automatic dispatch of HERO to your GPS-tracked location in the event of a critical health episode. Guaranteeing a swift arrival within 10 minutes, HERO initiates immediate treatment and facilitates your extraction to the nearest hospital. A charge equivalent to 50% of items, treatments, ammunition, and extraction costs applies. Hospital charges remain separate. Late arrivals absolve you of any HERO-related expenses, excluding hospital charges. In the event of a fatality, the deceased body is returned to the nearest hospital, and both LCPD and the next of kin are notified, with the latter bearing associated costs.
Platinum Protector Package - $50,000 per month

Upon detecting critical vitals, HERO+ deploys with the priority to stabilize and extract forcefully if necessary. Post-stabilization, enjoy a priority-plus journey to HelixTech Corporate Hospital, where you receive optimal care. You'll be billed only 25% for items, treatments, ammunition, and extraction, and 50% for hospital treatments. Arrival within a guaranteed 2 minutes ensures swift action. In the unfortunate event of demise, your body is transferred to HelixTech Corporate Hospital, and the next of kin is notified, assuming responsibility for the costs.
Platinum+ Preserver Package - $100,000 per month

Mirroring the Platinum benefits, this elite package absolves both the client and next of kin of any costs related to services, items, ammunition, treatments, or extraction. In the case of death, resuscitation efforts are diligently pursued.
