THE GANGS OF LUMINA CITY

​     These street gangs operate in the shadows, each with its unique focus and criminal activities. They impact the city by increasing crime, disrupting public order, and contributing to the overall sense of chaos in Lumina City. Some citizens live in fear, some reluctantly accept the gangs' presence as a part of daily life, others see the gangs as their neighborhoods protection. For the average citizen, as long as you pay your debts and keep your nose to yourself, the gangs will leave you alone.
